Fluctuation Mechanism: a ∗ (ΤΕΑ Μ−1 − Ll, u) + b
Where:
Coefficient values:
a = 1,18
b = a * (ΤΕΑΜ-1 - ΤΕΑΜ-2), for January 2024 only, the b coefficient receives a zero value (b=0).
Upper limit for Lu Safety = 0.080€/kWh
Low limit for LI Safety = 0.070€/kWh
The Lu and LL factors are the limits of the safety area within which the Fluctuation Mechanism is not activated, and therefore the Final Supply Rate is based on the Basic Supply Rate
TΕΑΜ−1 = ΤΕΑΜ−1 means the average of the day-ahead market clearing prices of the previous month of consumption ‘M’, as published by the Energy Exchange on a daily basis here.
